What we have been up to the last month.....

The camp season is here!! We went camping up American Fork Canyon to Granite Flats over Memorial Day weekend. We had tons of fun even though it rained on us 80% of the time. Check back in a couple of days and I will post some more pictures of our trip!!
Here is my little baker. We made cookies to take camping. Grandma Sing (my mom) gave Justin this apron for Christmas...so we had to put it to use. Justin loved eating the cookie dough.

I made Justin a pillow that fits inside his crib. He loves it. We are going to move him to a big bed but are a little nervous to do it because he is all over his crib at night. I am hoping that the pillow will help him orient himself as to where he is supposed to put his head. So far it isn't working like I hoped but he does like to use it on the couch. If he has his pillow then he will lay on the couch and watch a few minutes of a cartoon. This is an improvement because up until now he hasn't been one bit interested in cartoons.

Justin got this skid-steer from his cousin Austin. He loves it. He is still trying to get the hang of steering with 2 hands. He does really good on it though. This is definately an activity that he has to do with Dad.

One day Justin was spinning circles in the kitchen. Tyler said, "Justin, you are going to get dizzy and fall." Right then Justin broke out of his spin and collided with the edge of the kitchen table. It laid him flat on his back. His pour little goose egg shot out immediately. It had a crease down the middle that started to ooze blood. I think that he was very close to "splitting" his head open. We were glad we didn't have to take him for stitches!

I made chocolate brownies for an enrichment meeting. I let Justin lick the bowl...he sure did like the chocolate!

This is what my kitchen looks like on any given day. Justin's favorite thing to do is play with the pans. So I guess one of my favorite things to do is clean this mess up!

Justin loves to eat popcorn with Tyler. He used to get his own bowl but I think he figured he looks bigger when he eats from the same bowl as Dad!
In April, we went to St. George for Spring Break. We had lots of fun. Most of Tyler's family was there and all of mine was there. Here is a picture of all the Gerber cousins (minus baby Keegan) at Snow Canyon State Park. We went on a hike that the kids could handle. On the way back, Justin screamed and cried for so long that the next day he was horse. We never did quite figure out what the problem was!! From Left to Right: Justin, Hannah, Emmie, Addie, Cole and Will.
This was the hike that the kids could handle....yeah, right. But we had fun anyway. The little spot in the middle of the picture is my Brandan and Cole and Tyler is just a little ways below them.

Camp for as long as you can. It will be harder with a family of 5! Justin is so handsome...and busy by the looks of it.
