CARS

We bought CARS 2 on DVD and now we watch CARS all the time. It doesn't matter whether it is CARS 1 or CARS 2 as long as it is CARS! The boys LOVE it, all 3 of them love it, especially Hunter. Here they are glued to the TV over and over again. I just love it!

I love when the boys do something together.  They play so well together and are great friends!

Halloween 2011

Halloween 2011! Justin was a Construction Worker, Fisher was Batman and Hunter was Superman. We started the day out bygoing to Tyler’s work for a Halloween Parade and Trick-o-Treating.It was fun to see where Dad works. The boys had fun.

We raced home from Tyler’s work, had dinner.  We got a quick picture of all the boys on the porch and then Justin and Tyler went Trick-o-Treating in the neighborhood while Mom and the little boys handed out candy.

Then it was off to Grandpa Clarks and Grandma Nancy’s and then to Grandma Clark’s and then ended at Grandpa Scott’s and Grandma Sing’s.  It was fun but by the time we went to 3 Grandma's and Grandpa’s houses we were tired and ready for bed!!
The funny thing about Justin wanting to be a construction worker is that when I asked him what type of shirt a construction worker wore, he said, “A shirt with the sleeves cut-off.”  So that is where the cut-off sleeves came from.

Justin was so excited for Halloween and bugged me for days about decorating the porch.  So while Justin and Tyler were gone hunting I decorated the porch and surprised Justin when he came home.  We had a fun Halloween this year!

Halloween at Preschool

On October 27th Justin was able to dress up in his Halloween costume and go to school. They did a little Halloween Program for the mom’s and dad’s.This year was so fun because Tyler was able to go to the program! And Justin sang so good!

Justin was the cutest construction worker ever!!

Clark Punkie Party

The annual Clark "Punkie Party" (Pumpkin carving) was on October 30ththis year.We had good food – always consisting of sloppy joes, nachos, and relish trays and the ever favorite sugar cookies.Justin has a blast carving pumpkins for himself, Fisher and Hunter. Tyler always helps Justin carve and they do a great job every year.We brought the pumpkins home and put them on the porch.

Hunter was so happy to play with his truck on the gym floor.

Fisher loved the nachos.  He just kept eating and eating.

Here are most of the cousins that were able to come to the party.
Brody, Jack, Austin, Justin, Cedar, Fisher, Hunter, Sadie, Kennedy, Sydney, Ali, Jared, and Ray.

Gerber Pumpkin Chuckin' Party

On October 22nd, the Gerber family had a Halloween Party.  It was the 1st Annual Pumpkin Chucking Party!  It was so fun.  My brother-in-law, John, made a contraption that would through pumpkins and other small squash.  The acorn squash were the best.  They really sailed through the air.  The kids loved it.  Tyler missed the party because he was in Las Vegas on a work trip.  We missed you Tyler!

Here is Justin with Grandpa Scott and the Pumpkin Chucker.

Justin loved this!  He had a lot of fun!

The little kids wanted to be out in the field to watch them hit the graound.  Brandan stayed out with them to keep them at a distance so they didn't get nailed with a squash!

After the pumpkin chucking we ate dinner adn then frosted sugar cookies.

Fisher loved "frosting" his cookie.....or should I say eating the frosting!

Justin and Keegan have become quiet the little buddies.

Sugar Cookies with Justin and Fisher

Me and Justin and Fisher made some sugar cookies for the first ever Gerber Halloween Party.  The boys had fun and so did I once I just relaxed about them trying to eat the flour!

The Shed

Tyler has worked so hard and has completed the shed.  This took Tyler about a month to build.  Once he starts a project he never stops until it is finished.  That is one thing I love about Tyler, he never leaves anything undone or unfinished.  He works really hard to finish things 100%.  We are so excited to move everything from the garage to the shed.  Job Well Done Tyler!

Bike rides for Justin and Dad

Tyler pulled his bike out of the closet in the garage and Justin thought it was so cool that his Dad had a bike.  Justin and Tyler like to go around the block on their bikes.

I don't think that Tyler can do the same tricks that Justin does on his bike.  Like putting his feet back on the pegs!

Twins and the Dentist

On October 10th I was brave.  I took the twins to the dentist.  This was their first experience at the dentist.  I took Justin a few weeks earlier and was told that it was a good idea to bring in children before they turn 2 years old.  So I signed myself up.  It wasn't too bad.

Fisher did great. he opened his mouth and let Dr. Tew look in.  His teeth are healthy.  I should expect 2-year-old molars next.

Hunter did not like this experience at all. I don' think it had anything to do with Dr. Tew but that he just doesn't like unfamiliar places and strangers poking and prodding him.  His teeth looked good.  He has a little decay behind his top teeth.  I just need to brush with fluoride toothpaste to give him some additional protection.  His teeth are coming in slow but they look like they are coming.  So just be patient and wait.

Because I was by myself with the twins and had Justin too I was not able to get any pictures of them in the actual chair.  This is them in the waiting area.  Fisher looks thrilled doesn't he.

Justin did so good. He listened and stayed right by me the whole time.

UEA with the Cousins

Over UEA break we went to the park with my sisters and their kids. This park was a new one for most of the kids. It was so much fun! It is really a fun big toy... oh, and is it big...the slide had to be about 16' tall. It was fun for all the kids even for Cole who is 10 years-old. The weather was perfect. The kids played on the toy and then went running on the big grass area and rolled down the hills. We ate Lehi Bakery Donuts (the best ever) and then went back to Haylie's for lunch. It was a fun day spent with cousins!!

Cole in the climbing cage. Soren in the tree house.

Hannah Bannana way up on the zig-zag wall.

Fisher walking around like he owns the place.

Addie, Emmie, and Hannie.  They are the only girls and oh are they cute.

Hunter enjoyed the big toy today. This toy was actually big enough for me to get on it too.  He did great in his little sunglasses.  It was a perfect day at the park for him.

Justin scaling the rock wall.

Keegan acting silly.  He is always pulling a face.

Will tried climbing the pole up to the slide.

Jason peering over the edge of the slide.  It looks like he is way up in the sky and he is...this slide was sooo tall.

Fisher had no problems with the height of this slide. He just loved being outside and running free.

We has so much fun.  We will definately go back to this park.  That night when I was putting Justin to bed he said, "My that park is my new favorite park."

Pumpkin Patch

I took the boys to the Pumpkin Patch a few days before Halloween. They had so much fun. Justin loved all the funny shaped pumpkins - especially the tall skinny ones. Fisher loved pulling the wagon around (once I set him free from the stroller). Hunter loved being outside in the good weather. We got some pumpkins for the porch and to carve for Halloween. Justin picked out a pumpkin for each boy. Justin's was pretty big...too big for him to carry. Fisher's was nice and round and almost too heavy for Justin to carry but still managable. Hunter's was tall and skinny but it was smaller than Fisher's. Justin was very addimant that Hunter's pumpkin could not be bigger than Fisher's becuase Hunter is the smallest brother. It was pretty cute.
