Hunter's army crawl

Hunter can army crawl now! He has worked so hard to get to this point. This is a very big accomplishment for him and for us! Way to go Hunter Bunter!

Hunter's EEG

Eariler this month Hunter had an EEG done. This tests for seizure activity. A week later we found out the test was normal and he is not having seizures. Hooray!

This test was ordered because his pediatrician observed some behavior that was concerning. We did not feel like he was having seizures but it was reassuring to get a normal result.

Hunter had to be sleep deprived to have the test becuase he had to sleep during it. He went to bed the night before 2 hours late and we woke him up 2 hours early. I rode in the backseat of the van so he wouldn't fall asleep on the ride.

Tyler talked to Hunter to keep him awake and as happy as possible while they prepped him for the test. They put 23 probe things on his head and then wrapped it with gauze so they wouldn't come off. Then I fed him a little bottle and he went right to sleep. He did so good and it was over in about 30 minutes.

You were so brave Hunter! Way to go!

Moving up in the world

We're moving up in the world of carseats. Hunter graduated to a forward facing car seat! I don't think he is quite 20 lbs but he needed to move on and so did we.

This was Hunter's last ride in the infant carrier! No those are not capri's and a jacket. His pants are just pulled up a little. and Yes, his feet are hanging out of the carrier a long ways.

Hunter couldn't get enough of the sights once he could actually see.

It must have been so exciting that he couldn't take any more in. And he never falls asleep in the car.

It was such a great feeling to look in on this sight. Fisher, Hunter and Justin all on the middle row of the van...facing forward!

Congratulations Hunter on your big boy chair!

Cup Castle

Justin learned about cup castles from his cousins, Will and Cole. If they like it, Justin likes it.

Hunter's Micky Car

Grandma Sing came to the rescue and got Hunter a little car he can ride. It's a Mickey Mouse theme car. The cool thing about this car is the red side rails; they help Hunter stay on the vehicle at all times. Thanks Grandma! Oh, there is a handle for Mom too! We love it! By the way, Fisher and Justin love the Mickey car too.

He's a climber!

Fisher has turned into a CLIMBER! What do you do with a climber? Well, for me I have gates all over my house. I have a gate in the kitchen to block him from getting to the chairs from one side of the kitchen and a pack-n-play in the door way so he can't get in from the other side. If he can't get the chairs that means he can't get on top of the counters. If he does have a chair then he uses the horizontal backrails like a ladder. Justin was not a climber other than to climb up to help with dishes. That was cute because I only had one child. Now this is just pure craziness! And to top it off, Fisher is a fast little guy; so when the gates do come down he is into something! Sometimes he likes to dump out the toy bin and takes it to the kitchen to climb. He is learning so fast!

That face says "Are you talking to me?" all over it.
We love you Fisher!

Hunter's new trick

Hunter is Mr. Flexible. His latest and greatest new trick is while lying on his back he arches back and puts the top of his head flat on the floor and then picks his bum up so the only thing touching the floor is his heels and head. It looks crazy. Here he is in the act.

Hunter is sitting good enough that he now gets to play in the toy drawer in the kitchen. He is so big.

Hunter always has his toes in his mouth - socks and all.

Monster Jam

Tyler and Justin went to Monster Jam at the Energy Solutions Arena in February. They took Grandpa Scott for his birthday. Justin's cousins, Will and Cole, also went with their dads. They had fun going with just the boys. It was great that Tyler got all these pictures but he forgot to get one of him and Justin together.
